Initial call to learn about Deep Coaching, the in-depth exploration of the work, the session format and the level of commitment as partners. Once decided to partner, we'll review the coaching agreement and schedule our first session. 60-90 min. session via telephone or Zoom. Zoom is a free video meeting application. TIME COMMITMENT: For sustained growth and progress, it is recommended we meet weekly for the first several months; however, how often we meet will be determined based on your current situation, goals and needs. Transformation happens of its own volition.
PAYMENTS: Check, cash or monies sent through Venmo.
CANCELLATION: Our time is valuable. I require a 24 hour cancellation notice for any scheduled session. Refunds will be granted for cancellations with more than 24 hours notice, unless in cases of emergency.
